We are sure you’ll have lots of questions when planning your wedding, it can be a bit of a minefield. Here’s some questions we get asked regularly.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Halesowen and we offer wedding photography, videography across the whole of the West Midlands. We will travel to most parts of the UK but this will incur in travel costs.

What is your style?

Couples always say they book us because they love natural, modern, creative images. If people ask us, we describe ourselves as a Documentary style /reportage Wedding Photographer. You can see from the many photos on this website the natural style we have. We can capture all the laughter, the glances, the fun and character-filled shots. We want to capture your friends and family as you know them best!

We are very relaxed photographer, videographer but if you have a long tick-list of required shots that you’d like us to go through, we can also do that for you.

How many images will I get from my wedding?

It depends on the lenght of the service. With an 8 hours service you would get around 600+ pictures, with the 4 hours coverage you would get around 300+ images and with the 2 hours wedding potography you would get 200+ photos. We don’t limit the number of photos you receive but equally we don’t release anything to you that doesn’t live up to our high standards.

How will I receive my images/videos?

We always upload your images, videos online so you can view and/or download them. Also we will dispatch you a USB flash drive containing your pictures and/or videos. We use Royal Mail service and always get a proof of posting. On a few occasions it happened that Royal Mail was late or lost the parcel, it is all out of our control. There is a possibility to send another USB, but you would need to cover the cost of it.

When will I receive my images/videos?

Normally it is around 2 weeks time, but busy times and after the end of the wedding season this time can be much longer, can be months. It is normal with all other photographers/videographers. 

Do you provide RAW images?

No, we never provide RAW, unedited images.

​What is an Engagement Session?

Engagement Sessions are really just a practice before the big day and a great oppurtunity to meet up before your wedding day and spend an hour or so getting to know each other. We can take a little walk in the woods or a location of your choosing and get some extra photos of you both to add to your collection.

Could we meet you before booking?

You most certainly can! Just drop us a message and we can arrange something. If we can’t meet for any reason, don’t worry, we can chat on the phone or via Skype, Messenger or Whatsapp, we would love to hear all about your plans!

Can we get a shorter package?

We do offer shorter/bespoke packages! This is covered in our pricing page but if you’re looking for something smaller just get in touch and tell us about your plans and we’ll see what we can do.

Do you do Albums?

Yes we do! and they are beautiful. All albums are completely bespoke and designed to tell the story of your day perfectly, just as you remember it. You can choose from a range of options to suit your wedding, just get in touch for more information.

Are you fully trained?

Like many Wedding Photographers and videographers we are mostly self taught and have been taking photographs and videos and enhancing our skills for years. We come from a creative background.

What can you do if I dont like having my photo taken?

You are not alone by a long way. Most, if not all couples struggle with this. So what can we do to help with that, we do not pose people, if they don't want to, we may offer some guidance to a point of course but we much prefer to place people where we want and then ask you to be intimate with each other, forget we are there and just be yourselves. Some couples struggle with this also so we may ask you to kiss or look at each other but it is always in a relaxed way. By getting you to just be yourselves you will find the best images. That quick cuddle or kiss we did not ask you to do, they are the images we look for. Bottom line is..... it is your day not a photoshoot. We want to capture the moments you share with your partner and not images you will never naturally take.

Do you plan your photos?​

We love to explore. We always prepare ourselves for your wedding. Before your wedding If we are able to, we will visit the venue a couple of times and have a good nosey around. We love that. Visting new venues to see what we can get out of it. We then work out how to shoot your wedding from the group shots to your couple photos so on the day everything runs smoothly. We do plan your day, but plans can change and with experience We know we may not get the shots we would like to take for you but we have already prepared for that. for example, if it rains!!!

In summary

We are not a photographer, videographer who just turns up to click click click. We care about every images, videos, we take care about every client we work with, every wedding is special and we dedicate our time to each wedding. We love what we do and we make sure you get the best possible customer service and images videos we can. If you want a photographer/videographer who will take care of you from start to finish then we are the right person for you.

How do I book?

We take 20% deposit to secure the date. If you are ready to book, we’ll just ask for a few details by filling the booking form, we tell ou how to pay the booking fee and then we can send over a contract for you to sign.

Do you request to be fed on my wedding? 

Yes, we would need some sort of hot meal on wedding which is longer than 4hours, please.

Can I have drone coverage on my wedding?

Yes, you can have drone coverage  on your wedding, however we cannot guarantee it. It is subject to weather, venue permission, or other safety concerns. We are fully trained drone operator, but always safety first.
